Role Summary
Be a key technical and KPI analyst for CSN's Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate across departments to optimize repair operations and coach licensees using in-depth automotive expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair info
- Manage urgent cases and negotiate resolutions
- Conduct targeted estimate audits to boost insurance KPI performance
- Support shop operations and new shop onboarding
- Deliver monthly progress reports on case management, store engagement, and KPI metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Strong OEM procedural lookup experience
- Relevant industry certifications (I-Car, EV, ADAS)
- Valid driver’s license and proficient in GAA rules (Quebec)
