Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key technical and KPI analysis contact for CSN's Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Supporting the National Field Technical Manager, you will help improve licensee operations through data-driven insights and system leverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair information
- Resolve urgent issues and negotiate resolutions
- Conduct focused estimate audits to improve insurance KPI performance
- Support shop operations and onboarding
- Report monthly on cases, KPIs, challenges, and training feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Proficient with OEM procedural lookups and ongoing technical training
- Valid driver’s license and good standing
Work Environment
Fast-paced and complex with travel requirements; work remotely with vehicle access.
