Role Summary
This position acts as a technical and KPI analysis contact point, collaborating with Field Operations Managers and technical teams to drive business improvements and support licensees by leveraging the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical repair analysis and industry insight
- Manage urgent case resolutions and mediate complex issues
- Conduct targeted audits to enhance insurance KPI performance
- Support shop operations by identifying system opportunities and training
- Report monthly on case progress, store engagement, and KPI results
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Knowledge of OEM procedures, I-Car, ADAS, and EV vehicle technologies
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency in Quebec's GAA rules
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with home office setup
