About the Role

Join CSN Collision, a leader in collision repair with over 400 centers and repairing 200,000+ vehicles annually. As a Field Technical Analyst, you'll be the key technical & KPI analyst supporting CSN Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada. You'll collaborate with management and licensees to improve repair operations, analyze cases, conduct audits, and support shop operations leveraging advanced automotive industry knowledge.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to technical analyst for shop and repair insights.
  • Manage urgent case resolution and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Conduct targeted auditing to improve insurance KPI performance.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts within shops.
  • Provide detailed monthly reporting on case management and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in collision repair and estimating.
  • Expertise with Audatex, Mitchell, OEM procedures, and I-Car certifications.
  • Proficient with GAA rules (Quebec) and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and able to handle multiple priorities.
