Key Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for technical analysis and repair info
- Resolve urgent cases and support stores
- Conduct targeted audits to boost insurance KPI performance
- Assist in shop operations and onboarding
- Report monthly on cases, KPIs, and systems insights
Requirements
- 5+ years in collision repair & estimating with Canadian systems
- OEM technical training (EV, ADAS, materials)
- Valid driver’s license and strong judgment skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
