CSN Collision is a leader in vehicle collision repair, serving over 200,000 vehicles annually with 400+ centres across three countries. We are looking for a bilingual Field Technical Analyst to support our Quebec and Eastern Canada operations through technical analysis, KPI evaluation, and case management.
What you'll do:
- Be a key technical contact for field operations.
- Analyze repair trends and compliance.
- Conduct targeted audits and develop improvement plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the CSN System.
- Support onboarding and training of new shops.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating with Audatex & Mitchell.
- Knowledge of OEM procedures and certifications.
- Proficient with GAA rules in Quebec.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multiple priorities.
