Join as a Field Technical Analyst to support the Quebec and Eastern Canada operations, working closely with management and licensees to improve business processes using in-depth industry knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main technical and KPI analysis contact
- Manage urgent cases with negotiation and escalation as needed
- Conduct targeted estimate audits and develop improvement plans
- Support shop operations and training with OEM and industry standards
- Provide detailed monthly reports across various operational markers
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex, Mitchell)
- OEM procedural expertise and ongoing technical training
- Valid driver's license and proficient in Microsoft Office
Work Environment: Fast-paced with multiple priorities; remote work from home with travel expected.
