Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical contact for repair and operational analysis.
- Resolve urgent issues and mediate complex cases.
- Conduct targeted auditing to improve insurance KPI performance.
- Support shop operations by leveraging CSN systems and OEM training.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on case management and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of collision repair and estimating experience.
- Expertise with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Knowledge of OEM procedures and current industry certifications.
- Valid driver’s license and proficient with Microsoft Office.
