As a Remote Automotive Collision Field Technical Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in automotive collision repair to support our Field Operations Team in Quebec and Eastern Canada. You will be pivotal in analyzing KPIs, conducting auditing, managing cases, and helping improve business operations of CSN licensees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical and KPI analysis to support licensees
  • Targeted estimate auditing to improve profitability
  • Case management and resolution of high urgency issues
  • Collaborating with various departments to enhance shop operations
  • Reporting and monitoring KPI performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years collision repair and estimating experience
  • Proficient with Audatex & Mitchell estimating systems
  • Knowledge of OEM and third-party certifications
  • Driver’s license and personal vehicle required
