Position Summary
Join CSN as a Field Technical Analyst supporting the Quebec & Eastern Canada Field Operations Team. You will act as a technical and KPI analysis contact, working alongside managers and licensees to enhance business operations using CSN systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical analysis and repair information
- Manage urgent case resolutions and escalate complex issues
- Conduct estimate audits and support profit improvement plans
- Collaborate on shop operations and system enhancements
- Deliver detailed monthly reports on case management and KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating
- Proficient with Audatex & Mitchell systems and OEM procedures
- Ongoing technical training in EV, ADAS, materials & vehicle technology
- Knowledge of GAA rules specific to Quebec
- Valid driver's license
Work Environment & Travel
