Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the technical and KPI analysis liaison for Quebec & Eastern Canada, supporting licensees to improve operations through system insights and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical analysis and repair information.
- Resolve urgent store issues and negotiate solutions.
- Conduct targeted audits to boost insurance KPI and profitability.
- Assist with shop operations and training.
- Report monthly on case management, KPIs, and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair industry and estimating.
- Experience with Audatex & Mitchell systems.
- OEM procedural knowledge and ongoing technical certification.
- Valid driver's license and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment & Travel
Fast-paced role requiring home office setup and vehicle access. Travel for meetings, training, and events.
