Role Overview
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will support CSN's Field Operations Team in Quebec & Eastern Canada, acting as the key contact for technical and KPI analysis. Collaborate with various managers and analysts to improve licensee operations by leveraging the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair guidance
- Manage high urgency cases and resolve store concerns
- Conduct targeted auditings to support insurance KPI performance
- Assist in developing action plans and training for shops
- Report monthly progress and provide actionable feedback
Qualifications
- Over 5 years experience in collision repair and estimating
- Proficient with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Knowledgeable in OEM procedures and ongoing technical training
- Valid driver's license and good standing
Work Environment
Fast-paced, complex, remote work from home with personal vehicle required. Travel to store locations, industry events, and corporate meetings needed.
