Role Overview

As a Field Technical Analyst, you will support CSN's Field Operations Team in Quebec & Eastern Canada, acting as the key contact for technical and KPI analysis. Collaborate with various managers and analysts to improve licensee operations by leveraging the CSN System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical analysis and repair guidance
  • Manage high urgency cases and resolve store concerns
  • Conduct targeted auditings to support insurance KPI performance
  • Assist in developing action plans and training for shops
  • Report monthly progress and provide actionable feedback

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years experience in collision repair and estimating
  • Proficient with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
  • Knowledgeable in OEM procedures and ongoing technical training
  • Valid driver's license and good standing

Work Environment

Fast-paced, complex, remote work from home with personal vehicle required. Travel to store locations, industry events, and corporate meetings needed.
