Role Summary
Be a vital contact for technical analysis, assisting with business improvements and operational guidance using your knowledge of automotive industry trends. Handle urgent case resolutions, conduct targeted audits for insurance KPI performance, and support shop operations leveraging the CSN system. Travel to stores and industry events is required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating
- Experience with Audatex & Mitchell systems
- OEM procedural expertise and ongoing technical certifications
- Valid driver's license
