Position Overview
You will be the go-to expert for technical and KPI analysis supporting CSN's Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate with the National Field Technical Manager and Field Operations teams to drive improvements, leveraging industry trends and technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical analysis and repair guidance
- Manage urgent cases and mediate complex issues
- Conduct target audits to enhance insurance KPI and profitability
- Support shop operations with CSN system strategies and OEM certifications
- Deliver actionable monthly reports to enhance performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedural expertise with ongoing technical training
- Proficiency in GAA rules for Quebec
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office
