Join as a Field Technical Analyst supporting Quebec and Eastern Canada, working remotely to provide technical and KPI analysis. You'll liaise with field managers, support licensees with business and operational improvements, and contribute to training and system strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for technical analysis and repair insights
- Manage high-priority case resolution and complex issue mediation
- Lead targeted auditing to enhance insurance KPI and profitability
- Collaborate to improve shop operations and system usage
- Report monthly on case management, KPIs, and training insights
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Skilled with OEM procedures and technical certification (I-Car or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and strong judgement
