Role Summary
Be the key technical & KPI analyst for CSN's Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada, supporting licensees to improve business through expert analysis and system leveraging.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and repair insights
- Manage urgent case issues and negotiate resolutions
- Conduct targeted audits for insurance KPI and profitability
- Collaborate on shop operations and training
- Report monthly on progress and KPI outcomes
Education & Qualifications
- 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedural knowledge and ongoing certifications
- Valid driver’s license required
Work Environment
- Fast-paced with multiple priorities
- Remote work with vehicle access
- Requires strong judgment and Microsoft Office skills
Travel
- Required for store visits, industry events, training, and HQ meetings
