CSN Collision, a leader in collision repair with over 400 centers across three countries, is seeking a skilled Field Technical Analyst to support our Field Operations Team in Quebec & Eastern Canada. This role offers the chance to be a key contact for technical analysis, assist licensees in improving business operations, and leverage your deep automotive industry knowledge.
What You'll Do:
- Manage technical and KPI analyses
- Resolve urgent case management issues
- Conduct targeted estimate audits to enhance insurance KPI performance
- Support shop operations and training
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve systems and processes
What We Need From You:
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Canadian systems such as Audatex & Mitchell)
- Expertise in OEM procedures and industry technical training
- Proficiency in GAA rules within Quebec
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently
