Summary

As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the technical and KPI specialist supporting CSN Field Operations in Quebec and Eastern Canada. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you'll collaborate with managers and analysts to improve licensee operations through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary technical contact
  • Resolve urgent issues, mediate complex cases
  • Conduct targeted audit estimations to boost profitability
  • Drive shop operational improvements with the CSN System
  • Provide detailed monthly reports on cases, KPIs, and system feedback

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
  • Experience with OEM procedures and technical training
  • Proficient with GAA rules in Quebec
  • Valid driver's license and good standing

Work Environment

Fast-paced with multiple priorities; remote home office work with vehicle access required.

Travel

Some travel and overnight stays needed for meetings and industry events.
