Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you'll support the Quebec & Eastern Canada Field Operations Team by providing technical & KPI analysis. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you will optimize repair shop performance using in-depth automotive industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the technical liaison and issue resolver for repair-related inquiries.
- Analyze and audit estimates to improve insurance KPIs and profitability.
- Develop and monitor improvement plans with licensees.
- Assist in system strategy execution and OEM training initiatives.
- Provide detailed monthly reports on case management, challenges, and KPI results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimation using Canadian industry systems.
- Skilled in OEM procedures and ongoing technical certifications.
- Valid driver's license with good standing.
Work Environment & Travel
- Fast-paced, home-office based role requiring personal vehicle access.
- Regular travel for meetings, training, and events including possible overnight stays.
