Role Summary
Join as a Field Technical Analyst, acting as the technical and KPI analysis liaison for CSN in Quebec and Eastern Canada. Work closely with the National Field Technical Manager and Field Operations team to support licensees in enhancing their business through detailed shop and repair behavior analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical contact and industry expert for CSN licensees.
- Manage urgent case resolutions and complex issue escalation.
- Conduct targeted audits to support insurance KPI performance and profitability.
- Assist in shop operation improvements and onboarding.
- Provide comprehensive monthly reports on performance, challenges, and system enhancement feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry and estimating using Canadian systems like Audatex and Mitchell.
- Proficient in OEM procedures, GAA rules (Quebec), and ongoing technical training including EV, ADAS, and vehicle technology.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and possess strong judgment and stakeholder management skills.
