Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key technical analyst for CSN Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada, assisting licensees by leveraging the CSN System to improve their repair operations. You'll manage cases, conduct targeted estimate audits, and work closely with management on shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical and KPI analysis support
- Resolve urgent store issues
- Conduct estimate audits and improve insurance KPI performance
- Collaborate on system improvements and training
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair industry with estimating experience
- Proficiency in Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM training and certifications
- Valid driver's license
Work Environment & Travel
