Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical & KPI analysis support
- Resolve high urgency issues and negotiate solutions
- Conduct targeted audits and develop improvement plans
- Support shop operations and system usage
- Monthly reporting and feedback to enhance training and systems
Requirements
- 5+ years collision repair & estimating experience (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Knowledge of OEM certifications & GAA rules (Quebec)
- Valid driver’s license and home office setup
- Willingness to travel regionally
