Summary of Role
Become the technical & KPI analysis contact for CSN Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate with managers and analysts to improve licensee business operations using the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair guidance.
- Manage and resolve urgent case issues.
- Conduct targeted estimate audits to enhance insurance KPI performance.
- Assist with shop operations, including onboarding and training.
- Report monthly on cases, challenges, and KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell).
- OEM procedural knowledge and ongoing technical training.
- Valid driver's license and Quebec's GAA proficiency.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, complex environment requiring home office setup and travel. Proficient Microsoft Office skills expected.
