Role Overview

As a Field Technical Analyst, you'll be the technical and KPI analysis liaison for our Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada, working closely with management to drive improvements and operational success. Your expertise in collision repair and estimating systems will empower licensees through coaching, auditing, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle urgent case management and resolve complex repairs issues.
  • Conduct audit performance and support insurance KPI improvements.
  • Guide shop operations leveraging CSN systems and OEM certifications.
  • Report monthly on performance, engagement, and improvement strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell).
  • Certified in OEM technical training (e.g. EV, ADAS).
  • Proficient with GAA rules in Quebec.
  • Valid driver license with travel flexibility.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced with multiple priorities.
