- Provide expert technical analysis and automotive industry insights
- Manage and resolve urgent case issues
- Conduct targeted audits for insurance KPI performance
- Support shop operations and system improvements
- Report monthly on cases, store engagement, and KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating with Canadian systems
- Experience with OEM procedures and technical training
- Valid driver's license
