Join as a Field Technical Analyst, a key role providing technical and KPI analysis to support CSN Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate with management to enhance business operations, resolve high-priority issues, conduct targeted auditing, and contribute to shop training and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and repair information contact
- Implement case management and negotiate resolutions
- Conduct estimate auditing to improve KPI performance
- Assist licensees in leveraging CSN systems and OEM certifications
- Provide monthly reports and feedback for training enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair industry with estimating experience (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Proficiency with OEM procedural lookups and certifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
