Join the team as a Field Technical Analyst, serving as the key technical & KPI analyst for Quebec & Eastern Canada. Use your expertise to help licensees improve operations by analyzing repair behaviors and leveraging the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as technical and repair knowledge contact
- Resolve urgent issues and escalate complex cases
- Conduct targeted auditing to support profitability and KPI performance
- Assist in shop onboarding and training
- Report monthly on case management, KPIs, and system improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair industry and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Proficient in OEM procedures and certifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently from home with travel requirements
