Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be a key technical contact supporting Quebec & Eastern Canada field operations. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you will analyze KPIs, assist licensees in improving business operations using technical expertise, and conduct targeted audits.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical analysis and repair insights.
- Manage urgent case resolution and negotiate solutions.
- Conduct KPI performance audits and support improvement plans.
- Collaborate on system enhancements and shop onboarding.
- Provide detailed monthly reports.
Qualifications
- 5+ years collision repair and estimating experience.
- Familiarity with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- OEM procedural expertise and ongoing technical training.
- Valid driver’s license.
Work Environment & Travel
Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Work remotely with required travel and occasional overnight stays in Ontario.
