As a Remote Automotive Collision Field Technical Analyst, you'll be the key technical contact for Quebec & Eastern Canada, working closely with multiple teams to boost shop operations and repair quality through expert analysis and collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and KPI analysis to support CSN licensees.
- Manage high urgency cases and negotiate resolutions.
- Perform targeted estimate audits for insurance KPI and profitability.
- Collaborate on shop operations and system enhancement strategies.
- Provide monthly reports and insights to improve training and system functionality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years in collision repair industry with strong estimating experience.
- Proficiency with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell), OEM procedural knowledge, and ongoing technical certifications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work from home with some travel involved.
