Join us as a Remote Automotive Collision Field Technical Analyst and be the key technical and KPI analysis contact for Quebec and Eastern Canada’s Field Operations Team.
Role Summary
Work directly with national and regional managers to improve repair operations, resolve urgent cases, conduct targeted audits, and support licensees with automotive industry insights. Use your expertise in estimating systems and OEM procedures to drive improvements and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Knowledge of OEM certifications and technical training (I-Car, EV Vehicles, ADAS).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work from home with travel required.
