CSN Collision is Canada's leader in collision repair, safety repairing over 200,000 vehicles annually across 400+ centers. We're looking for a skilled Field Technical Analyst to support our Quebec & Eastern Canada teams by leveraging your automotive industry expertise to improve shop operations and assist licensees in achieving excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Be the technical & KPI analysis contact for field operations
- Manage and resolve high urgency cases with negotiation and escalation as needed
- Perform targeted audits to improve insurance KPI performance
- Collaborate with management to optimize the CSN System and support new shop onboarding
- Provide comprehensive monthly reporting
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Strong OEM procedural knowledge and industry certifications like I-Car
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced with multiple priorities
- Remote home office; travel required across stores and corporate locations
