Job Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the technical & KPI liaison for CSN Field Operations in Quebec & Eastern Canada, assisting licensees to optimize repair processes using your automotive expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair information
- Resolve urgent issues and negotiate resolutions
- Conduct targeted audits to improve insurance KPI and profitability
- Collaborate with management to enhance CSN systems and onboarding
- Report progress monthly on cases, store engagement, and KPI performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Strong knowledge of OEM procedures and industry certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Work Environment & Travel
Fast-paced with multiple priorities; remote work from home office requiring personal vehicle; travel for meetings and events across Ontario.
