Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for technical analysis and KPI insights, supporting the Field Operations Team within Quebec and Eastern Canada. Collaborate with managers and analysts to enhance business operations and repair processes using the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical contact for repair and KPI analysis
- Resolve urgent issues and mediate complex cases
- Conduct targeted audits to improve licensee performance
- Support shop operations, training, and new onboarding
- Deliver comprehensive monthly reports on progress and challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Expertise in OEM procedures and technical training (I-Car, ADAS, EV vehicles)
- Proficient in GAA rules (Quebec)
- Valid driver’s license
