CSN Collision is a leader in vehicle collision repair, servicing over 200,000 vehicles annually across three countries. As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key technical liaison for Quebec & Eastern Canada, collaborating closely with national and regional teams to enhance shop operations using your in-depth automotive and estimating expertise. This role involves case management, auditing, reporting, and supporting licensees to improve performance outcomes through the CSN System. Travel and home office work are required.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years collision repair & estimating experience
- Proficiency with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Knowledge of OEM procedures and industry certifications (I-Car, EV, ADAS)
- Valid driver’s license
