Role Summary
Become a key technical analyst within our Quebec and Eastern Canada Field Operations, working closely with management to enhance business operations for our licensees. Use your automotive expertise to resolve complex issues, conduct targeted auditing to boost insurance KPI performance, and support shop operations including training and system improvements.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical analysis and repair insights
- Manage urgent case resolutions and escalations
- Conduct detailed audits to improve store performance
- Collaborate to leverage the CSN system and improve shop onboarding
- Report monthly on project status, KPIs, and improvement plans
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in collision repair with estimating experience
- Proficiency with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell) & OEM procedural lookups
- Ongoing technical certification (I-Car or OEM) preferred
- Valid driver's license and good standing
Work Environment & Travel
Work remotely with required travel to stores and corporate headquarters, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
