Join CSN as a Field Technical Analyst, serving as the technical and KPI analysis expert for Quebec & Eastern Canada. In this bilingual, remote role, you'll collaborate with various teams to enhance shop operations, resolve critical issues, conduct targeted audits, and support licensee growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for technical analysis and repair info
- Manage urgent cases and negotiate resolutions
- Perform audit analyses to improve insurance KPI performance
- Drive system improvements and new shop onboarding
- Deliver monthly reports on case management, challenges, and performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair, estimating (Audatex & Mitchell), and OEM procedural knowledge
- Current technical training/certifications (EV, ADAS, materials)
- Fluent in French and English
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access
