This 18-month contract covers Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton and involves dynamic interaction with dealers, corporate partners, and management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering onsite training and coaching to dealership staff.
- Guiding adherence to factory standards and Mopar programs.
- Developing actionable plans to enhance program growth.
- Managing daily operations, travel, and reporting.
Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of experience in Express Service Programs within OEM or retail environments, proficiency in vehicle maintenance, and strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively (up to 95%) is essential.
