Volkswagen of Boucherville, proud member of the AG/AutoGroupe group, is currently looking for an experienced sales advisor for its used car department!
Is your energy at the forefront, are you eager to provide a unique experience to our guests while being autonomous and able to work in a team? Are you also proactive and attentive to new market trends? Additionally, do you know German products?
Among your responsibilities, you will have to:
Promote and complete the sale of used vehicles in an appropriate, professional, and ethical manner, ensuring outstanding customer service.
Work diligently in a conscientious and methodical way.
Keep your knowledge up to date on Volkswagen products as well as those of competitors and participate in all training courses.
Maintain a professional, positive, and winning attitude.
Follow up with each of your clients and keep your CRM tool updated.
Some qualifications are required:
Sales and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of Volkswagen products is an asset;
Interpersonal and relationship skills;
Organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail capabilities;
Ability to respond to the needs of a diverse clientele;
Valid driver's license (Class 5) with a good driving record.
