We are looking for a Sales Advisor – new and used vehicles to join Boucherville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a dealership located in Boucherville, Quebec, where the priority is customer service and lasting satisfaction. Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and qualify clients' needs, guiding them toward the most suitable solutions (new and used).
- Present technical features, options, and financial benefits (financing, warranties) of vehicles.
- Conduct demonstrations and test drives, tailoring presentations to the client's profile.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to signing and ensure post-sale follow-up to maximize satisfaction and opportunities for trade-in or loyalty.
- Work closely with finance, service, and parts teams to provide a smooth and seamless experience.

- Use CRM and internal tools to track prospects and clients, manage the pipeline, and ensure regular follow-up.
- Comply with standards of conformity and ethics, adopting a professional and pressure-free approach.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales, ideally in new and/or used vehicles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Team spirit, service-oriented, with attentive listening and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy, organization, and results-driven; capable of working with goals and deadlines.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver's license; availability to work on weekdays (the company is closed on weekends).
