Volkswagen of Boucherville, a proud member of the AG/AutoGroupe group, is currently looking for an experienced advisor for its new vehicle sales department!
Is your dynamism at the forefront? Are you eager to provide a unique experience to our guests while being autonomous and capable of working as a team? Are you also proactive and attentive to new market trends? Additionally, do you know German products?
Among your responsibilities, you will need to:
Promote and complete the sale of new vehicles appropriately, professionally, and ethically, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Work diligently, conscientiously, and methodically.
Keep your knowledge up-to-date on Volkswagen products as well as competitors’ products and participate in all training courses.
Maintain a professional, positive, and winning attitude.
Follow up with each of your clients and keep your CRM tool up-to-date.
Certain qualifications are required:
Selling and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of Volkswagen products is an asset;
Interpersonal and relational skills;
Organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills;
Ability to meet the needs of a diverse clientele;
Valid driver's license (class 5) with a good driving record.
