We are seeking an experienced new and used vehicle sales advisor to join our dynamic team at Brossard Hyundai, a well-established family dealership on the South Shore. Full-time position. Competitive compensation and guaranteed opportunities for professional development.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their needs to propose suitable solutions in new and used vehicles.
  • Present technical features, options, warranties and financing or trade-in programs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate the terms of sale and ensure follow-up through to delivery.
  • Manage the entire sales process in collaboration with the finance and aftersales service departments, for a smooth and memorable customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Hyundai products and internal procedures, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Adhere to compliance, ethics and safety standards at all times.

Candidate profile

  • Minimum experience: 3 years in automobile sales, ideally in new and used vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening and a customer-focused orientation.
  • Team spirit, dynamism and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes; knowledge of Hyundai products is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license; availability for flexible hours as required.
  • Fluent in French; English is an advantage.
