Hyundai Châteauguay is seeking a passionate and customer service-oriented Sales Advisor to join its dynamic team. As a representative of our brand, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, guiding clients throughout the purchasing process and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
Job Description
- Greet customers and identify their needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Present various Hyundai models (Accent, Elantra, Tucson, Sonata, Santa Fe, and others) and conduct demonstrations and test drives.
- Develop and present financing offers, warranties, and related programs based on the customer’s goals.
- Follow up with prospects and clients, and convert opportunities into sustainable sales.
- Work closely with service and finance teams to optimize the customer experience.
- Maintain an attractive showroom space, organize demonstrations, and adhere to company procedures and standards.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining the brand image.
- Act professionally and with integrity, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive industry or a related sector is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer service skills.
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to work as needed operationally (ability to schedule appointments and half-days in the evening or on weekends).
- Knowledge of financing processes and warranties is preferred; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
