We are recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor to join Jaguar Land Rover West-Island, a leading dealership for Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients and assess their needs to recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Present Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles, perform demonstrations and test drives when necessary.
- Advise clients on options, configurations, and financing programs, in collaboration with the finance team.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage and track client files using the CRM system, provide after-sales follow-up, and nurture customer relationships.
- Work closely with Service and Parts departments to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to delivery.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and loyalty programs to optimize sales opportunities.
- Comply with company policies and meet regulatory and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in auto sales, preferably in the luxury brand sector.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and professional ethics.
- Fluency in French; operational English is an asset.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and goal management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite; knowledge of dealership sales management systems.
