Audi West Island, an exceptional Audi dealer in Quebec located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, is seeking a new-vehicle sales consultant who is passionate about the customer experience and luxury vehicles to join a dynamic and results-driven team.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet customers and understand their needs and preferences to propose the most suitable Audi solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate new Audi models, including electric SUVs, their features, performance, and customization options.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect qualification, presentation of financing offers, negotiation, sale closure, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience in line with Audi brand standards.
  • Work in collaboration with financing, parts, and after-sales services to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Conduct demonstrations and test drives, explain onboard technologies and the benefits related to electric driving and connectivity.
  • Maintain the showroom and vehicles in impeccable condition and ensure the preparation of sales documents and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Actively participate in promotions, events, and training to stay informed of the latest Audi offers and news.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in vehicle sales or in a customer-service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and ability to tailor the message to the client.
  • Strong customer orientation, professional presentation, and team spirit.
  • Ability to meet business objectives and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and business-management software; familiarity with automotive sales processes is appreciated.
  • Valid driver's license and availability for variable hours.
  • Knowledge of Audi models and related technologies is an asset; training is offered.
