Hawkesbury Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC, located in Hawkesbury, Ontario, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. Full-time position; required experience: at least 1 year.
Job Description
- Warmly greet customers and understand their needs in order to propose suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and options.
- Conduct demonstrations, test drives, and prepare complete sales proposals.
- Advise on financing, protection, and maintenance options, ensuring a smooth and memorable customer experience.
- Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, follow up on leads and opportunities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Comply with company policies and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in auto sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to achieve goals.
- Good organizational skills, time management, and accuracy in handling files.
- Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
