At Joliette Ford Lincoln, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Used Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our team. As a sales advisor, you will be responsible for guiding our clients throughout their purchasing experience by providing exceptional service and tailored advice to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients professionally and warmly, building a relationship of trust.
  • Understand clients' needs and propose new vehicles that fit those needs.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain technical features and financing options.
  • Negotiate prices and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and automotive market trends.
  • Follow up with prospects and after-sales clients to strengthen loyalty.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Passion for automobiles and knowledge of new vehicles.
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments.
