Lotus Montreal, an authorized Lotus dealer located in Kirkland, Quebec, and part of the John Scotti Automotive group, is seeking a senior sales advisor to serve a demanding clientele within the world of Lotus sports cars.

Join a legendary brand that is rapidly expanding and participate in a premium customer experience around the Eletre, Emira, and upcoming Emeya and Evija models. As part of its growth, Lotus Montreal will soon relocate to a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership, offering a modern working environment that matches the luxury experience offered to its customers.

The Role

You will operate at the heart of a dynamic volume, with over 150 new units annually divided between two representatives, embodying the highest level of customer service excellence. You will be responsible for designing customized proposals, guiding clients from the first contact to delivery, and actively contributing to the brand’s visibility and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions suited to the high-end Lotus environment.
  • Present and compare the Eletre, Emira, Evija, and Emeya models, highlighting features, performance, and customizable options.
  • Conduct demonstrations and test drives, manage the entire sales process (qualification, proposal, negotiation, financing, and delivery) in coordination with dedicated departments.
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction objectives, ensuring diligent after-sales follow-up and fostering loyalty.
  • Maintain an impeccable showroom reflecting the premium image of Lotus Montreal and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with service, parts, and marketing teams to optimize customer journeys and new model launches.
  • Use CRM and internal tools for accurate tracking of prospects and clients, and participate in ongoing training on products and sales techniques.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in automotive sales, ideally in the luxury segment or prestigious brands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; results-oriented with the ability to establish lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of the luxury automotive market and the behaviors of premium clients; well-groomed appearance and impeccable professionalism.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset; proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for demonstrations and client events.
