Volkswagen the Guardian Angel is looking for a sales advisor to join our famous and talented team in our sales department!

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:
Bilingual; Sales experience (preferably automotive);
Possessing a valid driver’s license; Work: 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday; Dynamic, hardworking and motivated; Good rapport with customers. Tasks related to the sales advisor position:
Greet the customer, establish a trusting relationship, and demonstrate serious commitment to customer satisfaction. Help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses to clearly identify their needs. Explain to prospective customers the performance of the products, their operation, and benefits directly in the showroom or via email. Describe any optional equipment that the customer might purchase. Offer test drives to potential customers. Follow the dealership's procedures to obtain the appropriate identification from the customer before the test drive. Professionally explain the terms related to long-term leasing versus traditional purchase according to the customer’s needs. Gather required information and complete all necessary documents for a sale. Understand and explain concepts of equity and residual value and be able to explain the principle of depreciation to customers. Negotiate the price and get transaction approval from the sales manager. Notify the sales manager during exchanges, refunds, or credit note issuance. Submit 100 percent of completed transactions to the Sales Director, along with all duly filled documentation (insurance information, transaction title, etc.). Prepare and adequately inform the customer to optimize the meeting with the sales manager. Set and get approval from management for personal annual sales goals. Review and analyze personal activities at the end of each day, week, month, and year to organize the work schedule more efficiently. Stay informed about product updates, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits for customers. Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales. Attend product and sales training courses as directed by the Sales Manager. Tasks related to delivery:
Check sold cars before delivery to customers prior to their arrival. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand features, warranty, and required documents. Introduce customers to after-sales service personnel to highlight the quality and efficiency of repairs and maintenance offered by the dealership. Schedule the first service appointment. After delivery, follow up on accessories, documents, or other special requests made by the customer to ensure all expectations are met. Tasks related to follow-up and prospecting:
