Our growth continues, and we are expanding our team. We are looking for a Volvo Specialist (new vehicle sales) to join our team, ranked number 1 in Canada.

Under the responsibility of the sales manager/assistant sales manager, the New Volvo Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting and selling vehicles to customers. They will be responsible for guiding customers throughout the purchasing process, answering their questions, providing detailed information about the vehicles, and closing successful sales.

To perform the following tasks

  • Welcome customers enthusiastically and establish trust to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by effectively identifying their needs through targeted questions and attentive listening
  • Explain the performance, operation, and benefits of products to customers, whether in the showroom or via email
  • Present optional equipment available for purchase
  • Offer test drives to potential customers while adhering to identity verification policies
  • Clarify long-term rental terms compared to traditional purchase based on customer preferences
  • Collect necessary information and complete required sales or rental documents
  • Negotiate prices and obtain approval from the assistant sales manager for transactions
  • Inform the assistant sales manager of exchanges, refunds, or credit notes issuance
  • Submit all completed transactions to the sales manager with the required documentation
  • Enhance customer communication for the sales manager meeting
  • Establish, approve, and track personal annual sales goals
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activities for effective time management
  • Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits for customers
  • Understand and comply with federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing the retail sale of vehicles
  • Contact customers within 48 hours of a sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and request referrals
  • Follow up with customers who have not made a purchase within 24 hours of their visit
  • Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors and as needed by the organization
