Job description
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented New Vehicle Sales Advisor to join the Longueuil Nissan team, a reference on the South Shore and in the Montreal area for purchasing a Nissan vehicle. You will operate within a dynamic environment recognized for customer satisfaction and innovation, in contact with a loyal and demanding clientele.
Your role and responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally, understand their needs and propose the Nissan new vehicles that suit them.
- Present technical features, financing parameters and leasing options, adapting the offer to each client.
- Conduct demonstrations, address objections and negotiate the terms of sale while respecting the group’s policies.
- Close sales and ensure an exemplary customer experience, fostering loyalty and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the financing, service and parts teams to optimize satisfaction and the sales cycle.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nissan models, current promotions and warranty programs.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure client follow-up in accordance with CRM processes.
- Keep client data and opportunities up to date in the CRM system and ensure quality after-sales service.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in auto sales or a related field required.
- Excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills.
- Team spirit, versatility, organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to demonstrate vehicles.
- Bilingual French-English would be an asset.
